Buyer beware......they change the rules often and not to make your life pleasant. Also if you buy here don't do anything extra to your home on the outside, it's rape. They say you need approval before we bought but never told us we had to pay for approval !! They're charging us for 40 lawn cuts per year and they didn't even do 23, I asked for a refund of my money they of course said no.

4 failed county inspections, not to mention burnt electric receptacle at the property. It has been 19 months when was supposed to be under a year.the problems and failures keep building and building! Beware if this company that has already payed numerous large sums in class action lawsuits for faulty building. This is a floor plan you could choose to build within this community.
